The rates listed above for the conference are for those attendees who are guests of the Vintage Hotel, Fraser Crossing, Founders Point or Zephyr Mountain Lodge. Anyone staying off-site from these contracted resorts will be assessed a $100 fee. Doc has contracted with these properties. He must fulfill the contract or incur a penalty. If you find a lower rate send me the info and I will have resort price match.
Harmony Adventures will charge a nominal $24.00 handling fee to process your conference reservation, materials and mailing.
Please contact Doc Phiroz, LP, CCP at for specific information about the conference. The only way to register for the conference is through Harmony Adventures by submitting the registration form using the link on the conference home page.
Lodging:
If the room type you selected is not available you will be notified prior to payment being processed.
Room Rates at the Vintage Hotel, Fraser Crossing, or Founders Point will have a 18% tax added on to the rates listed below. Additional room categories available at the Vintage, rates upon request. Rates at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge are available upon request.
If you find a lower rate please send us the quote in writing so we can request for it to be matched by our contract.
Room Block expires on 11/17/23; WPPC can not guarantee availability or rate past that date, but Harmony Adventures will work to find you appropriate lodging.
Winter Park Resorts reserves the right to change room type or move to another resort based on availability at time of request.

Lift Tickets:
Harmony Adventures will reserve your lift tickets at negotiated group rates if paid by November 17, 2023.
Lift Ticket may NOT be ordered after November 17, 2023. Once our order is placed we cannot add to it.
Lift ticket will be available for pick up at conference registration desk on Sunday, January 7th at 2:45pm.
If you plan on skiing prior to this time you will need to pay a mailing fee of $15.50 to have tickets shipped directly to you within the continental US.
Children 4 & under tickets are available at $10.00 per day.
Rates include QuickTrax card processing fee.
Lift operating hours are Weekdays 9:00am - 4:00pm, Weekends 8:30am - 4:00pm (subject to change).
Please be aware one day tickets are ONLY valid for the date printed on the ticket.
Once activated tickets are for consecutive days.

Ground Transportation:
Harmony Adventures will reserve your ground transportation with Home James Transportation or reserve a rental car at the corporate rate if booked by November 17, 2023.
Shuttle reservations will NOT be accepted after November 17, 2023.
Once our list is submitted we are NOT allowed to add to it.
You MUST provide flight information for confirmation. Without flight information Home James will not provide us with a confirmation number and therefore you will not have a seat on a shuttle. Anyone without confirmation numbers will be forced to wait at the airport until transportation can be arranged. Shuttle vans have limited seating.
The approximate travel time from Denver to Winter Park Resorts is 2 hours.
Last shuttle leaves Denver (DEN) at 8:00pm. - First shuttle departs Winter Park at 5:30 am.
