Bellevue is a city on the eastern shore of Lake Washington, directly across the lake from Seattle and framed by the Cascade Mountains to the east. It combines a dense, modern downtown with residential neighborhoods, wooded parks, wetlands, and waterfront areas.

Eigg is a small island in the Inner Hebrides, lying south of Skye and forming one of the four Small Isles. About five miles long and three miles wide, it combines a compact crofting landscape with beaches, moorland, woodland, cliffs, and volcanic formations. The island is community owned through the Isle of Eigg Heritage Trust, following a community buyout that placed its future under local control.

High on a hill, dominating the sea, Loreto is a small city that lives solely for the "Santa Casa", one of the most famous and revered monuments of Christianity. According to tradition, it was the Virgin Mary's birth house, which up until that time was kept intact and venerated in Palestine, then flown by angels from Nazareth to the Adriatic Coast and set on a green hill of laurels on the night of December 10, 1294; hence the name Loreto.

Kardamyli is a coastal town in the Mani Peninsula of southern Greece, located between the Taygetus Mountains and the Messenian Gulf. Stone houses, olive groves, and narrow streets define much of the settlement, while the surrounding landscape combines steep hills with clear coastal waters.

The island of Iona lies just off the west coast of Scotland, easily reached from Oban by ferry. This jaunt in itself is quite stunning commanding a view of the rocky peaks and green slopes of the Mull Mountains. An old village, Iona was founded in 563 AD by Columba and his disciples when they travel from Ireland to the Harbour of the Caracle, built a monastery and introduced the Christian faith here.
