Located in the vibrant ByWard Market, one of Ottawa's premier destinations for dining, this cooking demonstration provides guests with memorable, entertaining, hands-on culinary experience using seasonal ingredients from the Canadian terroir. Ingredients include Canadian staples such as maple sugar, haskaps, labrador tea and wild flowers. Afterwards, enjoy a 3-course meal with wine.
