She made sure every detail on the itinerary was attended to - from the time we boarded the bus to New York to the time we got off the bus back in Mays Landing -- to ensure everyone enjoyed their trip.  She arranged a small cocktail party on board ship and she attended to every minor detail.  She kept in touch with all her customers to make sure everyone was satisfied and had a good time.  Jeanette is number one in our book.
